We aim to keep things fair for both guests and instructors - and avoid last-minute chaos - that’s why we need to organize the surf classes at least one day in advance.

Cancellations by You:

• More than 24 hours notice:
  Full refund

• Less than 24 hours or no-show:
  No refund. 

Cancellations by Us:

• If we cancel (weather or other reasons), you get a full refund

• If we reschedule due to conditions and the new time doesn’t work, we’ll refund that session

Rescheduling:

• Want to reschedule? Just give us 24h notice and we’ll do our best to move things around.

• Waves and weather don’t follow a script: we reserve the right to adjust lesson times. If we need to make a change, we’ll let you know at least 12 hours in advance. If the new time doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund the session you’ll miss.
