Surf Canaries Forest on the North of the island, in collaboration with Foresta Foundation and the Canarian Government.

Your opportunity to sponsor/carbon offset or dedicate a tree to somebody!

One of our favorite local initiatives is our Surf Canaries Forest. In an attempt to make a positive impact on the island, we are planting trees and giving our students a chance to do so also!

The cost of 15€ per tree goes 100% to the Foresta Foundation who are a non-profit official charity. They do not only provide the area, but also the water and maintenance that the trees require until they are mature.

Thanks to the very hard work of the Foresta Foundation, our trees are growing in a designated area where we can go and visit any time and (hopefully soon) enjoy the shade of our forest!

....So, for those of you that wish to carbon offset some of your vacation (each tree absorbs approx. 10 kilos of carbon dioxide a year) or gift a tree to somebody, here is the opportunity to do so! We let you know its GPS location and send you your "tree certificate", so that you can visit it on your next trip and sit under its shade in a few years!

The last batch of trees was planted 13th January 2024 by our team and local volunteers.
